All events have its cause (causal relations,J. S. Mill's enumerational induction, deduction reasoning...). Why the most concerning events would not have its own?? As in any maths problem, this one also causes paradoxes. UEFI „BIOS” things caused active emotions overhead in parts of society – CAUSED why resolve problem w/ another problem – circular definition, not „Ultra HD definition. Its mere logical fallacy, the „VR^2” or (VR)².

When solution creates even next problems...

The statement that life is dangerous is, on logical-based insight the emotional-only imperative, not the „knowledge”. Impaired society, curse-worthy, can't repair old problems – that are ever-changing in details despite general ancient forms. This „security” were paired/impaired along with const war and poverty. Words in XX-XXI centuries „gradient” became more „keying” than the knowledge itself – despite theoretical role of computers in IQ increasing. If you lack knowledge, you allow corporations (even freeware corporations: Ubuntu, Fedora, Red Hat, Arch Linux) to sell you hell.
